Shopify’s Role
Our store runs on Shopify. In some cases Shopify acts as our processor; in others (e.g., platform security, fraud prevention, certain aggregated advertising features) Shopify may act as an independent controller. For details and to exercise rights with Shopify where applicable, see: Shopify Consumer Privacy and Shopify Privacy Portal.
Automated Decision-Making
We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you. Fraud screening and risk scoring performed by payment processors or Shopify may use automated tools to protect our Services; these are reviewed or can be challenged by contacting us.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege practices). No method is 100% secure; please use strong, unique passwords and keep credentials confidential.
Your Rights (EEA/UK)
Subject to law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests; object to direct marketing at any time; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise rights, email contact@qamariwatches.com. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before acting on a request.
You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens — autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Regional Disclosures (US)
We do not sell personal information and do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as defined by US state privacy laws. If we use advertising cookies that would qualify as “sharing” in your state, you can opt out at any time via our cookie banner or “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link (where available).
Children
Our Services are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of majority. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us to delete it.
Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party sites; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies and we are not responsible for them.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect legal, technical or business changes. We will post the new version with an updated “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice.
