We want you to love your Qamari. If not, you can return or exchange within 30 days of delivery — items must be unused and in original condition with all protective films and packaging included.

Eligibility

Items must be returned new and unworn, with all original protective films, tags, manuals and packaging. Please include your order number inside the parcel.

Costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Choose a tracked service and keep your receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.

Processing

Once your parcel arrives and passes inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Exchanges ship as soon as the returned item is accepted.

Use the original box if possible. Include all contents and your order number.

Choose a trackable courier and keep the receipt until your refund or exchange is completed.

Returns not accepted

Signs of wear, scratches, missing films, or incomplete packaging. Damage caused by improper handling after delivery. Returns without tracking or past the 30-day window.
