Can I edit or cancel my order?
We pack quickly. If you need a change, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the parcel has not shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay are supported at checkout.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation — what now?
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, reach us on the contact page and we’ll resend it.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Netherlands: 1–2 business days · EU: 2–5 business days · Rest of world: 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships. See full details on Shipping & Delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide with trusted carriers. Rates are calculated at checkout. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local duties or taxes.
When will I receive tracking?
Tracking is emailed automatically once the parcel is collected from our studio. If you don’t see it, check spam or contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with all protective films and packaging. Learn more on Returns & Exchanges.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your receipt until the refund or exchange is processed.
How do I start a return?
Pack the item with all accessories and protective films, include your order number, and ship using a tracked service to our return address listed on the Returns & Exchanges page.
Warranty & Care
What warranty do you offer?
Every Qamari watch is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover wear & tear or accidental damage.
How should I care for my watch?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and avoid solvents or abrasives. Water resistance is 3 ATM (rain and splashes); do not submerge or operate the crown under water.
My watch arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please take photos and reach out via our contact page. We’ll sort it out right away.
